They literally came the next day and removed free of charge. The staff was so kind and compassionate. It’s things like the that seem so small but leave a major impression on our hearts. I bought a king at Marks. The salesman was very helpful and polite. He set up a fast delivery and day of delivery I got texts along the way of their arrival time. They were actually about an hour and a half early which made me happy. The delivery men were very careful taking out the old mattress and bringing in the new. They were also polite. I can’t wait to sleep in my new mattress tonight!!

Cody was with another customer, but Sam jumped in and started helping immediately. He listened to what we needed as far as budget, comfort, and availability and was able to find the perfect mattress for us that day. Sam is a great example of how a retailer should listen to the customer and Cody jumped in as soon as there was any questions to take care of our concerns. All around a good experience.
