Magdiel and his crew did a remodel for our large fireplace. From start to finish it was a 5-star experience. He is polite, prompt, and reliable. The tile we selected has a design with multiple variations, and Magdiel carefully and thoughtfully placed the tiles to best show the beauty of the design. Magdiel's work ethic shows in his excellent communication, attention to detail, and concern for the customer. He even worked on a weekend to accommodate our schedule. Cracked and broken tiles needed replacement. Magdiel and crew got on it quickly, finished early and did a great job. Explained along the way what was going to happen and why the tiles were cracking. Provided pictures of their findings and the corrective actions required.
