We were with Resolution Hospice when my mother passed. We could not be more satisfied by their help during the last stages of her life and during her passing. Her nurse, Denise, has been wonderful. Very communicative and was a strong advocate for my mother's care. She was also on site at her passing and her presence was immeasurably helpful and comforting. The social worker, Barbara, was always attentive to our needs and working with Kathy as part of their aftercare and estate planning has helped us understand what needs to happen as we move forward. We highly recommend Resolution Hospice. A great team of dedicated caregivers.
