When you do an urgent/emergency mitigation like I had for a hole in the roof, make sure you understand the estimate doesn't include any actual repair. Later that evening I got a call from them explaining how a job they were doing that day turned into a much larger effort than anticipated and required all hands on deck. They did reschedule my appointment for the next day. They showed up on time and were only there for about 20 minutes. However, the pictures the provided a few days later showed the work that they performed throughout the process.
