My husband initially visited this store to apply for a phone and needed assistance with the application, so I came in to help him. As new customers, we were unfamiliar with the store’s guidelines. During the process, I asked why I needed to provide my personal information if I was not the one applying. The sales representative, Monica, discouraged me from completing the application, stating that we would likely be required to pay a large deposit.When I questioned how she could make that determination, she responded that it was based solely on our conversation, implying that I was hesitant to provide my information because I could not afford it. This assumption felt inappropriate and discriminatory. We were further taken aback when she suggested that we take our business elsewhere.Additionally, Monica claimed that she was the person responsible for approving or denying all credit applications, which raised concerns about the accuracy of the information being provided. When I requested a corporate contact number to file a complaint, she instead gave me the store’s number while stating it was corporate.Overall, this experience left us feeling disrespected and discriminated against. I cannot recommend this location based on the unprofessional and dismissive service we received.
