Rachel is a much needed support function in my life! After my sessions with her, I feel like I’ve visited a health coach and therapist all in one. She supports you in making better choices, creating simple habits, and breaking things down into manageable actions. We’ve had to go back to the basics of making sure I eat 3 meals a day, track bowel movements, create healthy habits, and commit to working on 1-3 specific things between each 2 week appointment. She is there to support you face your internal obstacles (when it comes to health) and I really need that!! She sticks to what is truly healthy and beneficial, which is a huge breath of fresh air coming from dead ends and countless prescriptions at the normal doctors office. Just remember, she can only do so much before you have to take action for yourself!

I had the most amazing time working with Rachel. When we first started working together, I had lost 31 pounds in 3 months. I was severely malnourished, my body wasn’t digesting any foods, I was having insane anxiety, depression, feeling so nauseous, dizziness, and feeling so exhausted. After a test, we found out I had a parasite, e. Coli, and H. Pylori which was probably causing all these symptoms. Within a couple weeks of my protocol, I was eating, digesting foods, feeling more and more like myself. Rachel helped me in more ways than one. She guided me to heal my body and feel like myself again. I cannot thank her enough for supporting me and helping me get to a healthier version of me.
