Our ac has been out for multiple days in Florida in 90 degrees. Jose came in and found a short in the thermostat that was causing the ac and electrical heater to run simultaneously. He did preventative maintenance to the whole system as well. Awesome service good company. Thanks a ton!

Rolando's swapped out my 3-ton unit for a new Daikin system, and their pricing simply couldn't be matched.Usually, when a price is that good, you worry about getting shoddy workmanship—but Frank and his team completely shattered that expectation. They were incredibly clean, professional, and worked tirelessly from morning until late evening. They did a marvelous job demolishing the old setup from floor to ceiling, replacing the drywall, and executing flawless duct work.What really set them apart was how accessible the staff was. From Danny practically able to provide me with a quote over the phone, to Damarys assisting with tying up post project loose ends, Rolando's made this an open-and-shut experience. A truly pleasant process from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Our new home had freezing rooms and hot rooms. Ernesto and Papa from Rolando’s arrived on time, looking tidy and professional. Their van was clearly marked with the business’ name. They explained the problem (sun baking the front rooms) and adjusted the air flow inside the tubes so the hot rooms and the freezing rooms were both equally comfortable. Then they did an annual service, so we won’t need to call until next year for the annual maintenance. They were polite and very clean and conscientious in our home. They even brought a broom and dustpan and swept the areas they worked in. Very impressed!

Having background knowledge in split system installations and engineering requirements, I set high standards and interviewed six top-rated contractors in the Tampa Bay area.The difference between competitors was night and day. One contractor dropped out after refusing to meet in person, and of the remaining five, Jorge from Rolando Air was the only representative who actually knew what he was talking about. He took physical room measurements and discussed load demand, air supply, new returns, and electrical requirements in an intelligent, factual manner.Jorge went above and beyond the written contract. The crew arrived on time, was courteous and clean, covered the floors, and completed all interior cutting without leaving a speck out of place. The entire job was finished on schedule, exactly as quoted, and for a very fair price.What could have been an overwhelming ordeal for two seniors was completely stress-free. If I could give Rolando Air 10 stars, I would. Highly recommended!PS: the in-laws love Jorge!
