Sam was super helpful and responsive! I was after a replacement back rest insert and cover, got me squared away super quick! Few days later I had a spoke go out on my spinergy wheels. Gave them a text and after a few calls we landed on going for a different set of wheels that suit my application better. Would give them 10 stars if I could and definitely using them for all wheelchair needs going forward!

Was able to secure the CAF Grant and they got me all lined out and into the perfect set-up! Having my own custom chair gave me the speed and movement needed to be a better teammate. The whole process was great from start to finish! 10/10 recommend!

I needed a replacement part for my wheelchair scissor brake. I sent a question via their website on a Saturday and received an instant response! It was followed up by helpful links to videos detailing how to repair the brake and replace the parts. Excellent customer service!

As an ambulatory wheelchair user I had a lot of unique needs for my chair. My AFO braces are bulky, like really bulky. I’m also a bigger super active individual so I need equipment that is built tough! When I reached out to Disability lab to have my chair built everyone was very kind and accommodating. They listened to my concerns and provided great feedback as we planned how to tackle my project. I have nothing but great things to say about the team at Disability Lab. The owner even took the time to say hello to me at the National Wheelchair Basketball Championship. The fact that they work with affirm helped me spread the cost of my DME with no interest so I didn’t blow my budget as well. Thank you guys for helping me achieve my goals.
