I owned a home in Council Bluffs from 1986 to 2024 and have been a longtime customer of McIntosh Plumbing. I absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a trustworthy, skilled and dependable plumber. I just moved to Elkhorn in 2026 and was concerned if McIntosh could still work with me now that we are in Nebraska. I was delighted to learn I can still use McIntosh Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. Today, Jeremiah came out and resolved my service call. Jeremiah is new to McIntosh Plumbing, yet he represented the same level quality of workmanship, technical knowledge, and customer service / professionalism that has been the trademark of McIntosh Plumbing. Therefore, I wanted to post this feedback to let anyone in Omaha know that McIntosh Plumbing is a great company for all your plumbing needs.

The team that came out was knowledge. I showed them where the water was coming into the basement. They walked up stairs and showed me where the water was coming into the basement. They gave me options and communicated it clearly. They charged a service call that I thought was reasonable. I will go to McIntosh with all my plumbing needs.

They did a good job removing and replacing our water heater anode rod. Doing this will allow is to keep our water heater up & running for many years. It was totally due! Apparently this is an uncommon maintenance. Glad we have it done!

This company is not clean. They disposed the garbage from my neighbors onto out curbside, not picking it up after finishing their job my neighbors have contracted to do. It has been over a week and the cones and tape are still placed on driveway area. I can’t drive up the driveway or take my trash cans down to the curbside. They left my driveway unusable.

Jeff was very knowledgeable. Knew what he was doing. I did think the price was a little high. I was expecting more like $150. But. Was glad it got done. And done quickly.
