Jon came over same day to asses our pest issue, then returned first thing the next day to apply a treatment. We appreciate his responsiveness and advice.

Jon is the man! I needed old rat infestation clean up work done on a house in order to get it sold. He was willing to work with my specific needs saving me thousands of dollars! On top of that he was super responsive. Him and his team got it done fast and right. In a world of big pest companies charging an arm and a leg, he's a star.

Bug-Masters is top notch. Our technician was very professional, thorough and took the time to explain the best treatment options for spider, mosquito and fly pest control. We haven’t had any issues since! Thank you Jonny and team!

Jon and his team have been coming out to our home for a few years now. He was recommended by my father who he's been servicing for 20 years! I am pleased with the quarterly treatment regime he has recommended for us. I would HIGHLY recommend Bug Masters for any pesky critters that may be bugging you!

Our disgusting neighbors across the street had a roach infestation. So when they moved out and the landlord treated their house, we could literally see the roaches marching our way.My first thought was we sell our house and move but then we calmed down a bit and called Bug Masters.Jon answered the phone and took his time explaining in details how they work. He was able to come within a few hours and did a thorough inspection. Right away, it felt like we had a friend here who shared our concern and was determined and confident that the issue would be resolved.Jon was extremely professional and explained everything in details that really left no questions unanswered. We signed a contract right away and they came that same day to start the treatment. If you’re looking for a pest control company, look no further. This is a local family owned business that is reasonably priced and a crew that is trustworthy. They will treat your home as if it was theirs and we highly recommend them.

Jonny at Bugmasters made time late in the evening to investigate a yellow jacket issue for me on the same day. He provided comprehensive reports and provided options for treatment. He was able to explain the approach in a way I understood and set expectations and gave guidance on how to avoid getting stung given the location of the nests and the habits of the bees. It may sound like intuitive stuff, but I assure you, his advice was specific. Pricing was very reasonable!
