I’ve had a very positive experience so far with Bug Masters. The owner, Jon, has a big personality and is very straightforward, but he knows what he’s doing and is always fair and transparent with pricing. I’ve found him easy to work with and very personable in the majority of our interactions.Every time I’ve reached out, he’s come out himself and responded quickly. The first time I called, I had just moved to Virginia Beach and wasn’t used to seeing giant cockroaches. I called in a blind panic on a Saturday morning. He asked if I was new to the area and explained that they’re, unfortunately, pretty common here. He still showed up within an hour, checked everything out, and reassured me it wasn’t anything serious. He got me set up on a regular service plan, came back that Monday for treatment, and we’ve had very little activity since.More recently, we noticed some wasp nests around our condo. He came out within a day, took care of them, and told us to reach out whenever we need it handled again.I also really appreciate that he takes the time to explain what’s normal versus what’s not in this area. That’s given me a lot of peace of mindMyself and my family plan to continue working with them, and I would recommend them to others looking for a locally owned pest control company.

Jon was great. I called due to a carpenter bee problem and he was extremely open and honest about what would permanently solve my issue. He did not want to just take my money but act help me find a solution. For the mosquitos and palmetto bugs, haven't seen one since and the carpenter bees have disappeared. I 100% recommend bugmasters.

I love these guys! I connected with them as soon as I moved into my house in 2023 and have used them ever since. They are personable, professional, and timely, and if I have any issues between the quarterly sprays they address them immediately--usually the same day (sometimes even with a couple of hours) of calling them. Every member of the team I have interacted with has been wonderful, and the owner, Jon, is top-notch! I highly recommend them! 🤗

Awesome service! I moved into my property which had an Ant problem on both porches and the bricks along the side and back of my home. Spoke with John and he came out at his earliest convenience to set traps. Over the 2 year duration of the contract he has been back to inspect and spray the inside and out of my home and hasn't missed a service. He has always informed me atleast 24hrs prior to arriving. The most efficient way for me to pay was with a cashier check. And if I wasn't home I was able to mail him the check to the address posted on the receipt he provides you with after each service. Personally I've never had an issue while speaking with John as he's always been respectful and considerate with answering any questions I may have. I am goin to be moving now very soon so I will not be renewing, but John was very understanding. Also, recently since I've had trouble sending the cancellation letter through the mail, he has came to collect it in person to make the process a bit easier as well as the checks for the final 2 services. I recommend Bugmasters for all your pest control needs.
