Jonny at Bugmasters made time late in the evening to investigate a yellow jacket issue for me on the same day. He provided comprehensive reports and provided options for treatment. He was able to explain the approach in a way I understood and set expectations and gave guidance on how to avoid getting stung given the location of the nests and the habits of the bees. It may sound like intuitive stuff, but I assure you, his advice was specific. Pricing was very reasonable!
