I have travelled to Mexico at least a dozen times I have had A LOT of experience with tour guides over the last 35 years. Tasha at The Real Deal Tours has been the absolute BEST to work with to help me plans excursions and transportation. She responded quickly and professionally. Her English and grammar were great so there was no language barrier. She even messaged me to say that there’s a delay on her end but reassured me that she’s working on it. She also took the time to send me links about Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) since we would be there for the special Mexican celebration. Absolutely 5 ⭐️ in Customer Service! And the best prices too! I did my research and her pricing was always less than any other website/app/agent AND it was a better quality experience. I will definitely 💯 use her services for my future travels.

We had a great experience with booking through real deals. I booked a tour for ziplining, horseback riding and visiting thermal pools at los logos resort. The price was excellent and they accommodated my booking 1 day before. It was great to be able to choose the things we wanted to do as a package deal!

My husband and I had a phenomenal experience on the Volcan Baru Jeep Tour. The two-hour ride to the top of the volcano was rough with large rocks and deep ruts in the trail but our driver Angel was competent and skilled in getting us there. Once at the top we were amazed and delighted with the views making the ride up so worth it! We highly recommend!

Such a luxurious transfer from Bocas del Torro to Costa Rica, really comfortable, lots of space, very easy border crossing and I enjoyed the few hours we stopped in Puerto Viejo to eat and lounge at the hotel/beach.

What a great time in the trees and on ATVs. We had an entire day full of fun and adventure with this tour company. It was absolutely hands down our favorite part of the vacation. Our guides for the canyoning, Alex + Junior were the best! Definitely request them if you go. And Gabriel guided us to the falls on ATVs. It was an incredible venture. If you’re trying to decide I would choose this tour company 100%.

Had an amazing day out on a private boat with friends and family. They took us to a popular snorkeling spot (Los Arcos) and while there wasn't much to see underwater that day, we were treated to a wonderful Grey Whale show off in the opposite direction. We then ventured onto Quimixto for a hike to a waterfall followed by a meal on the beach. The crew was very friendly and accommodating. We were consistently offered beverages or asked if we needed anything as well as able to play our own music. I would book a boat with this company again and again.

Highly recommend this bike tour. Fantastic way to see Puerta Vallarta. Learned a lot about the city and districts. Great communication with tour company. Bikes were very comfortable and very good quality. Axel was top notch -very knowledgeable and perfect english. Cost was very reasonable too!
