Christina is an awesome employee of The Real Deal Tours. I booked my family’s Costa Rica Rainforest tour through her. The handicap accessible transportation that she booked through Gandoca Tours was not what she and our group was promised therefore, making it impossible for us to go to the rainforest during the time our cruise ship was in portn. Christina stuck with me for 3 months to get at least half of the money back from Gandoca Tours. She was a jewel through it all and has since broken ties with Gandoca Tours since they can’t be trusted to provide the handicapped vehicle that was promised and they even sent a picture of. I give Christina 5 Stars+ for doing everything she could to help me. I appreciate her so much.

Wonderful, personal service on a very comfortable small sailboat. My family booked this boat and crew for my 50th birthday and spent the day cruising with an unforgettable lunch at Las Animas beach. We saw lots of sea life along the way and the crew took great care of us with snacks and beverages made to order. It was a gorgeous day on the water. Book it!

Hicimos dos actividades con ellos en Bajo Boquete (Chiriqui) en Panamá: un tour de avistamiento de aves en la mañana y otro a una plantación cafetera y degustación en la tarde del día 20/03/2026. Las gis actividades estuvieron bien, especialmente la primera que hicimos con un guía especializado en aves llamado Jorge y que nos llevó a dos senderos: Culebra y Pipeline. Jorge sabía un montón de aves y logramos ver al Quetzal resplandeciente ( macho y hembra) todo un éxito en ese tour matinal.A la tarde visitamos el cafetal donde nos hicieron una cata y enseñaron cómo hacerlas. Incluso pudimos probar el famoso café gehisa. Todos los horarios se cumplieron escrupulosamente. Así que quedamos muy contentos y es una empresa totalmente recomendable.

I have travelled to Mexico at least a dozen times I have had A LOT of experience with tour guides over the last 35 years. Tasha at The Real Deal Tours has been the absolute BEST to work with to help me plans excursions and transportation. She responded quickly and professionally. Her English and grammar were great so there was no language barrier. She even messaged me to say that there’s a delay on her end but reassured me that she’s working on it. She also took the time to send me links about Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) since we would be there for the special Mexican celebration. Absolutely 5 ⭐️ in Customer Service! And the best prices too! I did my research and her pricing was always less than any other website/app/agent AND it was a better quality experience. I will definitely 💯 use her services for my future travels.

We had a great experience with booking through real deals. I booked a tour for ziplining, horseback riding and visiting thermal pools at los logos resort. The price was excellent and they accommodated my booking 1 day before. It was great to be able to choose the things we wanted to do as a package deal!
