Team Astley started with Tradies in Business 2 years ago with the intention of needing help with transitioning into semi retirement over the next few years as we have what we thought an established business. After 2 years with TIB I have learnt about the 1% changes that can take the business from a small profit to something completely different. They have also helped with the importance with systems within the business for the continued growth of the business and the way we want to run it. We needed a trade base coach and were drawn to Nic as there wasn't the hype just the down to earth approach. We are a family electrical business that have been in business a long time and needed help with transition out to hand over the reins to my husband's sons. We have grown in the time we have been with TIB implementing more structure to the business KPI's, cost calculators, learning new technology as AI rolls out and much more. The 1%ers that we have implemented has improved our cashflow. Testament you are never to old to learn and improve your business. The community is most welcoming even as the oldies in the group everyone is there to help each other. Nic is easy to talk to and is very knowledgeable in the trades. The goal setting we have found to be really valuable for our direction. Best thing we could of done for our business to transition out and have direction for our family business.
