My mom is loving her new life here! As one of the most important decisions you'll ever make, the staff, particularly Meredith, Yasmine, and Jack, made the process and transition so smooth! They take the stress off your shoulders with their positivity, reassurance, and speedy communication. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Chef Jennings', and her team's, food is delicious and healthy. The nurses, caretakers, wellness staff, and maintenance staff are so efficient, kind and empathetic. It is clear the staff loves to assist elderly and ensures their emotional well-being in addition to their physical. My mom, who was reluctant to move into ALF, has been the happiest I've seen her since her Alzheimer's diagnosis. She wakes up every day and says "Let's get this party started!" The staff checks on her every 2 hours, administers her medication, assists with showers, and does her laundry/cleaning. As someone who is reluctant to eat, the staff brings her to meals and activities, and then she gobbles it up. I wholeheartedly trust & recommend Volante with the care of your loved one. Less

We’ve had a great experience so far. I moved my aunt into a studio apartment last Wednesday and everybody’s been helpful and friendly and kind. Meridith and Jack in the administrative sales office are beyond helpful answering every question we’ve had prior to, and during the move-in days. All the staff we’ve encountered so far have been very professional, and very kind. As well as some of the residents who have gone out of their way to make us feel welcomed. Less
