Calling on a Sunday evening I was able to be seen right away Monday morning and they took care of me right then and there! Didn't have to come back at a later date or call a million times. I had a tooth removed at another dentist and they accidentally knocked off my crown then cemented it on backwards and sent me home. Then I ended up with a dry socket infection that put a golf ball sized lump under my jaw and have been on a liquid diet since last Thursday because I have not been able to close my mouth without excruciating pain.I am 54 years old and have NEVER had a good experience at a dentist.EVERYONE at Urgent Dental Care was not only empathetic and kind, but walked me through what was going on. And didn’t hurt me, which has never happened.. even with cleanings. The Novocain has worn off and I feel 10x better than I did before I went in.I 💯 recommend this dentist office to anyone and everyone! I had a cracked crown and when i called around Roch to find a dentist that would do same-day work (my dentist doesn't work on Fridays anymore), Urgent Dental was the only one that would say that they could. I had a temporary crown put on that day and had a permanent crown installed 2 weeks later after the crown had been fabricated. My bite feels better than it had before because the dentist was careful to check and re-check the bite. Less

I was very pleased that I could schedule so easily to get an infected tooth removed. All the staff were very pleasant. The dentist explained things to me and got the job done. The only thing I wasn't really pleased with was the $150 charge for cementing a crown back in place that got knocked off. Would definitely go there again and recommend to others. Less

We had an unfortunate knee hockey injury with our 9 yr old son that left him with a badly chipped front tooth two days before Christmas. Dr. Sansone was very responsive to my text messages and was able to get us right in to have the tooth fixed. Who knew you could love going to a dentist???? Well Dr. Hughes and Nicole made me a believer. Being here means obviously I was having a dental emergency.
