Benedict’s allowed me to drop my vehicles off shortly after opening for the day, diagnosed my vehicle right away, kept me updated and had my vehicle repaired by 5:00 and ready for me to pick up and return home safely! I have taken vehicles to Benedict Auto Body in the past following accidents for repair work and have always been impressed with their work and friendly service. Yesterday I stopped in the late afternoon to see about them fixing my driver's window, which would not roll up or down and had about a 1-inch gap, letting in very cold air and snow. They ordered the part and had me come back today after work and had it fixed in an hour. That is SERVICE, and I am so grateful.
