I used to be very good at making excuses and very bad at keeping up any kind of workout habit. I knew I needed to try something different or my 42-year-old body would start failing me…I was already feeling it. I joined a friend for a trial workout at Bear Fitness, and I haven’t looked back since.
No more need for excuses…the variety of workouts push me hard every time, the coaches are knowledgeable, supportive and genuinely care about us improving, and the community is like no other—welcoming, encouraging, and always celebrating each other’s successes. I’m almost two years in, and though I’ve worked harder than ever before, it has been surprisingly easy to build the habit and keep showing up. Just love Bear Fitness!
