This gym is a all around great place to visit. I visited Salem from out of town to play in a softball tournament and needed a place to take batting practice. Jamie was very accommodating and made sure my teammates and I had everything we needed to practice and get ready for our tournament. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Joined this gym about 6 weeks ago. Love the atmosphere. The staff is awesome, the other patrons have all been friendly and helpful.This gym has every specialty bar you can think of, bands, chains, a monolith, and several power racks. I’ve never had to wait for a piece of equipment, and the new layout makes it easy for multiple groups to train at once.Awesome gym for serious athletes, powerlifters, etc.
