Miguel came to our house and explained how a modern roof works (something we did not really know) and step by step what would be done. I did not feel that he was trying to pressure me in any way. When his quote came in it was a bit lower than the others and everything was quite clear and understandable. His crew members were all polite and respectful. My office is in my basement and I was able to work while the job was being done, it was not as loud as I anticipated. There were a couple of minor issues after the job was done but Miguel sent someone to fix them quickly and that person did extra stuff which was not strictly part of the job we paid for. My wife and I think our house looks so much better than before and we are very pleased.

I hired iRenovate Pro to replace my roof on my house in Columbia MD. They did excellent work. They used very good materials – GAF best shingles and underlayment. I selected the upgraded shingles for a slightly higher price. They replaced several pieces of plywood sheathing where there was water damage for a nominal additional charge. The company president came to my house to review the project and gave me a detailed presentation of the proposed work. They were very low cost compared to other roofing companies I contacted. They were actually half the cost of one company’s estimate I got. I had signed a contract with them and cancelled once I got the estimate with iRenovate because iRenovate Pro was offering to install the same or better materials for a much lower price. The estimate was provided as a .pdf and was very detailed including an itemized list of materials to be used. They were able to replace my roof within about a week from the time I signed the contract. They cleaned up the outside of my house very well. They are GAF certified and the roof is covered by a 50 year GAF limited warranty.

Miguel and his team were wonderful. They communicated well but were never pushy like a lot of salespeople are at big name companies. They don’t invite themselves into your home and take up your valuable time with their latest sales pitch, they let you come to them. They emailed us a quote for replacing our storm door and repairing the surrounding structure so we could look it over and reach out to them if we wanted to. The price was better than the other quotes we had received and we saw they had great ratings and reviews so we decided to go with them and I’m glad we did! We live in a townhouse in Frederick, MD and they came out when they said they would and completed the project in just a few hours. We are very happy with the results and will definitely be using iRenovate Pro again!

I found iRenovate Pro on Thumbtack and I am so glad I reached out directly. I got competitive quotes from multiple contractors for my townhouse roof replacement in Gaithersburg and discovered that some of them were not even licensed to work in Maryland. Miguel was fully licensed, insured & transparent about everything, and never tried to pressure me. He matched the scope of the other bids using the GAF roofing system and still came in at the best price. I felt completely comfortable moving forward based on his communication and professionalism alone, and to be honest, I never met him until the job was complete. His crew arrived on time, finished that same day day, and even replaced and painted a trim board at no extra charge. I also wish I had found him before I had my gutters done by someone else. When I mentioned them he told me what he would have charged and I realized I paid nearly double. When I am ready to replace my siding and windows, iRenovate Pro will be my first and only call. Owner operated, licensed in Maryland, honest pricing, and outstanding communication. I cannot recommend them enough for any roofing or exterior work in the Gaithersburg area.

I own a 3 story townhouse in the Hagerstown area. The roof was original to the building (20+ years old) and needed replacement. Landed bids from 4 companies - iRenovate’s was neither the highest nor the lowest. 3 of the companies used satellite imagery and the other sent a rep. who did some drone work and wanted to come inside to inspect the attic space. I declined given the fact that the roof was still doing its job.What sold me on iRenovate Pro was Miguel. He reached out quickly and had our bid conveyed within 24 hours. This progressed to a phone conversation and, ultimately, a completed roof with new gutters.Miguel knows and is justifiably proud of his product. I did a fair bit of research into shingle types, manufacturers, and the process of roofing in general. GAF comes out at or near the top of many reviews I looked at. iRenovate Pro is a GAF certified outfit. Miguel explained the entire GAF system and why, when used together, GAF backs their product with excellent warranties for wear and wind damage. The color choices for the shingles also happen to match the requirements of the HOA in our Townhome Community. None of the other bids received were presented as being unified systems and none offered warranties comparable to GAF.iRenovate Pro also has excellent employees. They were on time, polite, and delivered first-rate results. They left our yard and surrounds looking great. Because the price was right, we bundled new gutters in with the deal (don’t skip the gutter guards). The installer was a real journeyman and very accommodating. There was a last-minute color correction which was handled quickly and professionally and the install work was perfect.There is good reason that iRenovate has ‘Pro’ tacked on to the end. It is a well-deserved name and title. Next up is a set of windows and I’ll be certain to include Miguel’s company in the bidding process. Thanks to Miguel and crew our home is a better place to be.
