I own a 3 story townhouse in the Hagerstown area. The roof was original to the building (20+ years old) and needed replacement. Landed bids from 4 companies - iRenovate’s was neither the highest nor the lowest. 3 of the companies used satellite imagery and the other sent a rep. who did some drone work and wanted to come inside to inspect the attic space. I declined given the fact that the roof was still doing its job.What sold me on iRenovate Pro was Miguel. He reached out quickly and had our bid conveyed within 24 hours. This progressed to a phone conversation and, ultimately, a completed roof with new gutters.Miguel knows and is justifiably proud of his product. I did a fair bit of research into shingle types, manufacturers, and the process of roofing in general. GAF comes out at or near the top of many reviews I looked at. iRenovate Pro is a GAF certified outfit. Miguel explained the entire GAF system and why, when used together, GAF backs their product with excellent warranties for wear and wind damage. The color choices for the shingles also happen to match the requirements of the HOA in our Townhome Community. None of the other bids received were presented as being unified systems and none offered warranties comparable to GAF.iRenovate Pro also has excellent employees. They were on time, polite, and delivered first-rate results. They left our yard and surrounds looking great. Because the price was right, we bundled new gutters in with the deal (don’t skip the gutter guards). The installer was a real journeyman and very accommodating. There was a last-minute color correction which was handled quickly and professionally and the install work was perfect.There is good reason that iRenovate has ‘Pro’ tacked on to the end. It is a well-deserved name and title. Next up is a set of windows and I’ll be certain to include Miguel’s company in the bidding process. Thanks to Miguel and crew our home is a better place to be.

Miguel was very thorough in their proposal, I felt I understood completely what I was paying for. They weren’t the cheapest proposal I received but the margin wasn’t enough for my decision sway working with iRenovate! When scheduling them the payment was done in 3 payments one as a deposit to schedule a service day, one right before they arrived and one final price after completion, I was given the estimated total in the proposal, there weren’t any surprises. Fantastic experience with Miguel and his company. We hired iRenovate Pro to do a full roof and gutter replacement for our home and he personally ensured every phase went flawlessly. His quote was very competitive, communication with him was EXCELLENT, and he was very flexible with our busy schedule. He is GAF certified and was able to offer their system warranties which were very important to us. His team were very mindful during the install and left our property spotless after completion. Had an excellent experience with this company, iRenovate Pro. They were recommended by a friend and they did high quality work on my roof at an affordable price and were professional and communicative throughout. We communicated over the phone as I wasn’t able to be on-site for the estimate and roofing and things went very smoothly. Again, it is a big relief to find a contractor who is honest and diligent and I would definitely work with them again on future projects.
