Booked a 90 minute massage and the therapist only did a 60 minute, then I noticed an email from them saying I didnt show and was charged 62.50 for missing my appt. When I showed her she didn’t understand and charged me 62.50 for my massage. It was very frustrating. I’ve been going there for a year and never had an issue til today
