So disappointed in this guy. Ive been a patient since i moved here. He sent a text that I needed to pay for services and he would bill the insurer for me. Strange. Then I went in for a teeth cleaning and on the way out charged me 400. I just got the insurance reimbursement - 150. A net 250 for a teeth cleaning. Outrageous. The message is bad for me AND him - what kind of business would do that? Not a ethical healthy and trustworthy one - 100% Run - don't jog away from this dude.

Earlier this week I had a visit to Dr Osterkamp’s office for an exam and cleaning. Everyone from the front desk personnel to Dr Osterkamp were warm and welcoming. They even had a massage chair in the waiting area. Dr Osterkamp was professional and knowledgable and made me feel like I was in good and competent hands.My hygenist was also very professional while being welcoming.I would definitely reccomend this dentist to everyone. I will return.

I have generally been pleased with the hygienists, who have done most of the office work. I tried for 18 months to get my husband in and mysteriously they had “not received” his paperwork even though my husband went knows it was requested. Our favorite original dentist was upfront about not taking United Healthcare so we had to switch. Feel I was being fed a line when I inquired if Osterkamp office had called directly to inquire about the forms—then last week found out Osterkamp doesn’t “have a direct relationship “ with United Healthcare anymore and I would have to pay for free cleanings upfront and request reimbursement from Medicare. So be careful to inquire about coverage. They would not even do the service of sending my paperwork to the new dentist. Not happy with their attention to retired folks like us!!

We have been going to Osterkamp Family Dental for over 12 years, had a couple teeth pulled, an implant, a couple of crowns, and a few fillings. Never a bad experience, not once. Dr. Osterkamp and staff always go out of their way to ensure your comfort. We highly recommend Osterkamp Dental to anyone looking for that small town like family dentist.

My service at the time was fantastic. What drops my review down is their dishonest communication regarding dropping Blue Cross as an in network provider. They said over email that the biggest change will be paying up front and being reimbursed.The biggest change is actually the cost going way up for them being out of network now, and not being upfront with that for those that may not realize their bills will increase feels very wrong
