I had a great time training here, I am just in town visiting. I have been training krav for about two years. It was a fun change for me with a very skilled trainers they have here. The place is wonderful and they are very welcoming. The program for drop in's is great, I will take advantage of that next time I am here. It's a great work out and a wonderful experience.

Really grateful to have found Krav Maga Defense and Fitness. Not only is it fun and challenging, it has made me so much more focused, grounded, and disciplined both physically and mentally. I’ve also lost weight, gained strength and feel really good. 💪🏼 🥊 🔥 Such a great group of people that become family and create a good environment to help each other succeed. The instructors are fantastic with a wealth of practical knowledge and experience. I highly recommend for both men and women looking for a great way to get fit and learn self defense. My 15 yo daughter and I joined. She needed to get some self defense training before going to college. We are both 5’ 2” and we work together as partners. Its not very difficult to learn but its not super easy neither. We go twice a week, its a great work out. The warm up is about 15 min. Push ups, running and stretching and then we move to exercises. I totally recommend, should be “must” for all women.
