We just received our new patio sun and wind screen from Arjay‘s and we love it! Accurate measurements and information was provided by Frank. After custom production, it was expertly installed by Ben and Jasper, who went out of their way to make sure everything worked perfectly. After many years, we can now enjoy our patio on evenings when the air and breeze become chilly. At the press of a button, we can now have a secure windscreen run down its tracks and block the chili breeze while enjoying life outside on our patio. Recently took advantage of Costco promotion with this company to upgrade blinds in our home. Purchased Graber blinds since Arjays has an agreement with Costco not to sell Hunter Douglas products through this promotion, & Graber appears to be of comparable quality. Design consultant Debra Edelman-Avila provided clear cut information about options in the Graber product line & updates about improved technology in residential blinds. She facilitated the decision making process for my wife & I. Installation tech Arnold Cabello did an excellent job of installing two different types of blinds in our kitchen & upstairs master bedroom. Both Debra & Arnold were prompt, professional & easy to work with. Also appreciated the Costco Shop Card promotion which amounts to a percentage of your initial purchase rebated to you for future Costco purchases at any of their stores or with Arjay's.
