Communication was quick, friendly, and thoughtful, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests and take great pride in both the home and the experience they provide.The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. There was plenty of parking for our vehicles and trailer, which made coming and going with the boat incredibly easy. We also learned the hosts offer boat rentals, and after seeing how well everything is set up, that’s something we’ll definitely be taking advantage of on our next visit.We spent our days exploring Smith Lake, swimming in the crystal-clear water, grilling dinner, and relaxing on the dock. Tigua's Sunrise was amazing! Very clean, comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed to cook all our meals. Tim goes above & beyond - 2 Brita water dispensers full in fridge, dish liquid, counter spray, paper towels, aluminum foil, spices, sugar, garbage bags, dishwasher tabs, Free & Clear laundry detergent/dryer sheets, stain spray, dog bowls, dog treats, plenty beach towels, Shampoo/conditioner/bathwash mounted full in each shower, makeup wipes, makeup remover bathcloths...seriously, everything provided! Coffee and hot tea drinkers will be spoiled with all the options. House was spotless clean! Outside deck amazing! Dock, floating pad, canoes, swimming dock- all perfect! One of the nicest places ever stayed. The best was our dogs were able to go on their first vacation with us. Beyond pet friendly! Every detail exactly as described in listing, plus many surprises. Kids loved the huge sofa & TV! Great location on lake! Look forward to our next visit! (marina/boat rental 5 min away!)

Our stay at Barney’s Bluff was absolutely wonderful! The lake house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Amazing experience. Barney’ Bluff was a “home away from home”. The hosts were responsive and answered questions promptly. The house is fantastic. The location is beautiful and the hosts have added several amenities to elevate the experience. Our family enjoyed kayaking, making s’mores at the fire pit, grilling burgers and dogs, and taking the pontoon on the lake (extra fee but was well worth it). Overall, this was an A+ experience that I would recommend to anyone who wants get to get away but still feel the comforts of being home. For any pet lovers, we brought our dog and she also had a blast.

Can’t say enough good things about Tim’s place. We have been going to Smith Lake for 6 years and we have never felt more at home. Many special touches and he thought of everything you might need. I would give the fenced in backyard for the dogs 20 stars if I could! It was a total gamechanger!

Tim’s place was outstanding. Everything was clean and neat. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Tim has thought of everything. You will really feel like you’re at home. The restaurant and marina are a very short walk, which is nice. The extra comfortable porch furniture and the peaceful atmosphere of the lake will melt your stress away. Our dog loved the place as it was very pet friendly. My family and I can’t wait to come back.
