My husband & I stayed at this lovely property for 3 nights in August, 2026. The place was superb! It was so clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable. The coffee station was great! We really appreciated the hand written note & bottle of wine with chocolates. Such a nice & thoughtful touch! Loved the stunning lake views from practically every room, & the breezy spacious back deck was our morning & evening go to spot!!The owners have done an amazing job!!!

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back.The hosts were outstanding from start to finish. Communication was quick, friendly, and thoughtful, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests and take great pride in both the home and the experience they provide.The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. There was plenty of parking for our vehicles and trailer, which made coming and going with the boat incredibly easy. We also learned the hosts offer boat rentals, and after seeing how well everything is set up, that’s something we’ll definitely be taking advantage of on our next visit.We spent our days exploring Smith Lake, swimming in the crystal-clear water, grilling dinner, and relaxing on the dock. Tigua's Sunrise was amazing! Very clean, comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed to cook all our meals. Tim goes above & beyond - 2 Brita water dispensers full in fridge, dish liquid, counter spray, paper towels, aluminum foil, spices, sugar, garbage bags, dishwasher tabs, Free & Clear laundry detergent/dryer sheets, stain spray, dog bowls, dog treats, plenty beach towels, Shampoo/conditioner/bathwash mounted full in each shower, makeup wipes, makeup remover bathcloths...seriously, everything provided! Coffee and hot tea drinkers will be spoiled with all the options. House was spotless clean! Outside deck amazing! Dock, floating pad, canoes, swimming dock- all perfect! One of the nicest places ever stayed. The best was our dogs were able to go on their first vacation with us. Beyond pet friendly! Every detail exactly as described in listing, plus many surprises. Kids loved the huge sofa & TV! Great location on lake! Look forward to our next visit! (marina/boat rental 5 min away!)

Our stay at Barney’s Bluff was absolutely wonderful! The lake house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The views of the lake were stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to unwind.The home was comfortable, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of space to enjoy both indoors and outdoors. We especially loved spending time on the deck and taking in the beautiful surroundings.The host was responsive, welcoming, and made the entire experience seamless from booking to checkout. Amazing experience. Barney’ Bluff was a “home away from home”. The hosts were responsive and answered questions promptly. The house is fantastic. The location is beautiful and the hosts have added several amenities to elevate the experience. Our family enjoyed kayaking, making s’mores at the fire pit, grilling burgers and dogs, and taking the pontoon on the lake (extra fee but was well worth it). Overall, this was an A+ experience that I would recommend to anyone who wants get to get away but still feel the comforts of being home. For any pet lovers, we brought our dog and she also had a blast.

Can’t say enough good things about Tim’s place. We have been going to Smith Lake for 6 years and we have never felt more at home. Many special touches and he thought of everything you might need. I would give the fenced in backyard for the dogs 20 stars if I could! It was a total gamechanger!

Tim’s place was outstanding. Everything was clean and neat. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Tim has thought of everything. You will really feel like you’re at home. The restaurant and marina are a very short walk, which is nice. The extra comfortable porch furniture and the peaceful atmosphere of the lake will melt your stress away. Our dog loved the place as it was very pet friendly. My family and I can’t wait to come back.

We had a great time at Barney’s bluff and it was great for our two labs! Having the entire porch fenced off and leading into a fenced in area around the side of the house allowed them to roam freely. Everyone loved it!

We came for a 3 night stay for our Anniversary. This was our first visit to Smith’s Lake. Tim was an excellent host and gave clear and helpful instructions throughout the trip. The house was absolutely gorgeous with all the comforts of home. The host put much thought and effort into small details that really help make your stay memorable. The views of the lake were even more beautiful in person. We enjoyed kayaking, swimming, having dinner on the deck and ending our day by the fire pit overlooking the lake. We will definitely be back for a longer stay next time.

My wife and I had a anniversary weekend here at Tim’s . It was wonderful . Have stayed several places on smith lake and this by far is the best . There is several steps to the boat house but it’s well worth it !! I would recommend if your are bringing a boat to launch at arrowhead camp ground and drive your boat to Tim’s boat house . We tied up inside boat slip overnight with no problems . Very nice place and very very clean !!! I would highly recommend

Allie’s on the Rocks is the perfect getaway spot for you and your four legged family member! We were welcomed into this stunning house with a bottle of wine, chocolates, and a toy for Charlee (our beagle). We spent from sunrise to sunset on their beautiful decks, drinking coffee in the rocking chairs by the kitchen and eating dinner on the deck right on the water. Having a fully fenced in yard made it easy to relax and have the whole family outside together. We will definitely be checking out their other properties!

We had the best time and would love to come back again! We didn’t realize it’s not only a lake house but also right in front of a bunch of adorable cows! It felt like a country get away and lake side stay all in one! So organized and such a beautiful house.

Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay. We took Tim’s great advice and booked a fishing tour. Our teen caught her first stripped bass, 35” long! Later that night, another daughter caught a huge catfish off of Tim’s boat dock, but it bent the hook and got away! The next morning our teen caught a 19” spotted bass off his dock!The house was set up well for large families or multi-generational families. The primary bedroom and kitchen could be separated from the living room, sunroom, and two bedrooms by pocket doors; which is perfect for late night teens and early morning parents or grandparents. It’s an extremely flexible layout with plenty of places for everyone to gather; and yet plenty of places for privacy. It’s very well stocked with everything you need. Very friendly hosts who were highly responsive. We had one hiccup, the AC in the sunroom stopped working properly. The hosts were very responsive, taking action quickly. It didn’t interrupt our stay much at all. Highly recommend!
