We contacted Kevin on Monday and he rang us back within 5 mins. Our Boiler was losing pressure and showing an error. Kevin said he could come on Wednesday but would be after 1.30 but because he had other calls already booked in he would not be able to say an exact time.Kevin was with us for 1.40 excellent.He put a sheet on the floor to catch any dust and started work straight away, he found the fault and repaired it there and then, no mess no fuss just a great job done, for an excellent price. We have booked him to come back and service our boiler.Edit - 6th October 2023Since my post above, we have had Kevin back to service our boiler every year and his work is still exemplary.Kevin also helped us with information when we had an emergency leak, which was being covered by our insurance, so we could not use him to do the work.Kevin's costs are also very good.7th October 2025Just had our annual boiler service again with Kevin, and true to form cannot fault his work, and punctuality. Kevin always arrives on time5 Stars all the way.Thankyou Kevin, see you next year.
