Chris and his team at Southern Living Windows were absolutely fabulous and we love our windows! They replaced ALL of our windows and it wasn't an easy job at all since our house is almost 40 years old and some of the frames are a bit off. They addressed the challenges head on with excellent professionalism and customer service. We've already experienced the benefits of his team's brilliant work and product because the wind, heat and now cooler temps are staying on the outside and not leaking into our house. Chris has been immensely helpful in advising me in regards to the broken seal between the glass in one of my windows. Even though I had bought my windows from one of his competitors (who failed to get back to me), he was very responsive and attentive in directing me to file a warranty claim directly with the manufacturer. Not only that, he also follow-up days after to see if I had gotten the assistance I needed. Simply awesome customer service! If you are buying new windows, I'd recommend buying from him. If you happen to have any issues with them in the future, he'll not let you down!
