Bud and Ralph's has a long proven record of great service. I remember growing up and my parents using B&R all the time, and then I became an adult and needed repairs in my house so I already knew who I would be calling. I would say from start to end, the service is the highest quality. The wonderful lady who answered the phone was SO kind and I really felt like she understood my needs because she called me back later in the day when an appt was canceled and she bumped my appt up to the open slot so I would be seen quicker. That kind of care and consideration really matters because it wasn't expected but it meant so much to me that she did that. Then Alex, the repair man, came to my house and he was so kind and had a positive and warm attitude. He took the time to understand the problems and he fixed them. I feel like Alex values customer relations as much as doing great work. That kind of service is exceptional these days. He worked so quickly and efficently, and he sought my feedback on his work to ensure the adjustments made to my dishwasher to my liking. Alex did such a phenomenal job. His expertise and efficiency was outstanding. It was a 5-star experience and I will continue to use Bud and Ralph's because they provide the gold standard of service.
