Highly recommend Real Life Chiropractic! I had constant shoulder and neck pain for 6 years that other chiropractors could not fix. I was at the point of going to consult a doctor about the pain but thought I’d give Real Life Chiropractic a go first. So glad I did. I’ve been seeing them for 12 months now and am now only on maintenance treatments once every 4-6 weeks, my pain rarely affects me now. I have been treated by 3 of the chiropractors that work for them and they are all amazing. It is also such a welcoming fun environment there. Can’t thank them enough.

3rd week in - from serious pain to amazing gain. Struggling for years, many GP appointment's, Physio, cupping/needling - so here I am sleeping at night, virtually no pain and turning to look for blind sports while driving ( ok so that’s easy right ?? - not when you do not have the neck range ). In March I decided not to limp and grimace any more when I got out of bed. I'd had enough of hiding my dowagers hump with a scarf when I went out. Thinking that at 62 that was my lot!Then I spotted an ad on facebook for a new chiropractor in Kurri Kurri, the team looked young and promised a diagnosis and treatment.They were so thorough and highly professional. Joshua explained what my body was doing and how to go about change.Now I walk upright. Can turn over in bed without pain. Have 80% more movement in my arms and shoulders when gardening. Friends say my hump has almost disappeared. I started visiting Josh at Real Life Chiropractor a few months ago due to reacquiring headaches, as well as hip and back pain. My initial consultation was well executed and the entire process of realignment was explained very thorough with my follow up appointments being the same. Even in the rare case where my appointments are handed over to Elijah, I feel as though I am in the best care around. In the short months, I have had minimal headaches and little to no pain in my back and hips.Their receptionist Sarah is also an amazing help in making sure my appointments align well with my busy schedule and answering any questions I may have.I highly recommend the guys at Real Life Chiropractor to anyone in need of chiropractic care.

Called Josh last Thursday as I was unable to walk due to my back playing up and was in unbearable pain. Not only did he come into the clinic an hour early to fit me in he was able to give take his time during the consultation and go through all my concerns. I instantly felt at ease and knew I was in the right place and by Sunday I was 100% pain free after just 1 visit. He arranged a follow up with me for the Monday and actually took the time to go through scans that I had previously had done at another clinic and give me insight in to why I may be having this issues in my back along with answering the question around why I am a long term migraine sufferer. Needless to say he was able to develop a plan for me to correct my issues and I look forward to every appointment!!Couldn’t recommend more highly and have already started pestering the family to get in to see him 😊
