I met the owner today while he went to check my roof. He is such an honest man. He advised me there was no issues on my roof and not only was he honest about it, he told me what the problem was about accumulation of leafs falling near my vent and what I can do to prevent it. He sold me nothing was honest and helped me with moving a tarp and sandbags he did not have to help me with. He also educated me on another issue he saw. I def recommend his company. Family owned businesses I’m all for them!

NB Roofing did an outstanding job. We had also hired them the year prior to replace my mom's roof and have been very pleased with them both times. The crew arrived promptly and worked efficiently together. Our sales representative Jermaine was a pleasure to talk with. He was easy going, and worked out all the details with us. Gigi was a delight to communicate with, and she kept us updated on all phases of the process. We highly recommend NB roofing for their professionalism, quality of work and attention to detail!

The team was quick, professional, and efficient from start to finish. They communicated clearly every step of the way, showed up on time, and completed the work without any unnecessary delays or surprises. Best of all, their pricing was fair and transparent-no hidden fees or pushy upsells. You can tell they value integrity and building trust with customers.

NB Roofs did a very good job on our completely new roof. Replacement of new wood was done only when needed. The entire area around our home was covered to collect debris from the old roof. The hard working crew completed the job as stated. We would highly recommend NB Roofs.

Very courteous to work with & always return phone calls. I was very impressed. They coordinated directly with the company that had to remove the solar heating system for pool water from roof prior to roof. They took responsibility in contacting the builder to determine manufacturer and color of the original shingles so we had a direct replacement. They took responsibility for getting HOA approval for the new roof. They always did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. Would recommend them to all of my friends and family

The owners and family of NB (Nieves/Baker), were professional, kind and caring. They did not try to upsell and were very responsive. Their pricing was right in line with our insurance adjuster. NB made a very complicated process as easy as possible. They never bad mouthed other companies and we felt so comfortable with them. They came around several times during the reroofing to check on things. It is a family owned company in Leesburg, FL. Thank you NB! We appreciate all of you!

I am so thankful for Nieves & Baker Roofing. We had some shingles fly off of our roof during Tropical Storm Debby. I called NB Roofs and they set up a time to come and look at the roof. Carlos showed up the next day and assessed the issue quickly. He explained why the shingles blew off, and replaced the missing shingles for us. This company does what they say they are going to do. I highly recommend NIeves & Baker Roofing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Carlos, Aaron and their team have roofed several of my rental properties. They consistently arrive early and deploy enough workers to finish the job in a single day. Their prices are reasonable, and I would definitely hire them again.

I had a very good experience with NB Roofing. After a few other quotes, I had a nice interview with NB and they fulfilled their work in a timely and efficient manner. Good clean-up, tarps all around the yard, and finished in one day. I found them easy to work with and am confident they were the best choice.

Exceptional service delivered in a timely, friendly and professional manner. I was concerned I would have trouble finding a company willing to take on what was likely to be a minor repair job. I was delighted (and a little surprised) when Aaron Baker, one of the owners, said they would be glad to help me and arranged for someone to come out the next day. When Carlos arrived for the appointment, I was immediately impressed with his professionalism and friendly attitude. He quickly discovered the source of the leak, took pictures so that he could show me what caused the problem, made the repair and took additional pictures to show me what he had done. The price was very reasonable too! Excellent company and good people.
