He uses top tier materials like OC Duration shingles, RhinoRoof underlayment, and proper water and ice barriers, no shortcuts. On top of that, he went above and beyond in ways you don’t often see. After I casually mentioned how much better the house would look with black shutters, he said go buy them and he would replace them for me for no cost. He also took care of a few masonry cracks while he was there.In an area where some companies charge higher prices due to overhead, Josh delivers exceptional value without sacrificing quality. Ever since we bought our home in Richmond, we’ve had some roof issues because the sellers lied about the age of the roof. Shingles were tearing off every time it stormed. We Googled roofing repair and found Boots on Roofs, LLC. Even during a power outage, Ken picked up and was quick to get out here the next morning to have someone fix the damage. Fast forward almost 5 years and multiple small repairs later, it was time to get the entire roof replaced. We called Ken – he gave us a fair price and after some honest back and forth about the situation, we scheduled the replacement. It was only a few days later that he was able to get an entire crew out to do everything in ONE day. Josh, Alfonzo, and the entire team were amazing. They were courteous, friendly, and they cleaned up the site so well, you’d never even have known they were here! Aside from the fact that we now have a beautiful brand new Duration shingle roof and brand-new gutters!Every time we’ve had to call or text, Ken has always gotten back to us within minutes. His business is top-notch, and he truly is passionate about his work and the quality of the team he hired.Give him a call and you’ll see!
