I seldom review people except when I get 5 star service. Josh Morris and his crew get that. During the estimate Josh explained EVERYTHING that they would do and suggested the things that would keep the roof healthy and intact for the lifespan of the shingles. The whole crew showed up on time and even though they had to deal with a bear of a driveway, they got everything in position and went to work. From tear off to completion was 8 hours. Josh Morris came to our home and provided a complete list of things he would do regarding our roof replacement. He also stated that if there were things we wanted taken off that would jeopardize his installation he would decline the job. He is a no nonsense hard working individual with ethics and standards. He gave a fair estimate and said he would be on the job with his crew. As stated, he was the first one there and the last to leave.The job was excellent and his efforts to ensure that the clean up was completed to his standards, which were high.It has been a long time since I have been impressed with an individual and his work ethics and dedication to his job, but Josh is that one person that is far above anyone else I have ever contracted to do work for me. He does not take the money and forget that you exist. He will come back if there is anything that you are not satisfied with.
