My second experience with Bluebird home health! I waited a good 2 years to get my knee replacement and couldn't have had a better team to guide me through it!My nurses, Aleta and Lana, made sure to give me the best care and answer any questions I had! And my physical therapy team, Dustin and Lauren, gave me all the stretches I needed to strengthen my knee back into shape!! I actually surprised myself in my recovery, especially after that first week which was brutal. I'd also like to mention a couple of gals that also came by one day, Jen and Ashley, I found out later Ashley is Aletas daughter and was training!Thank you to you all for all the TLC!! See you next year for my other knee replacement!!

What is the best part of working at the company?Working at Bluebird for 3 years now, I have never felt so supported and been surrounded by a team that will do anything for their patients and do anything for their teammates. Everyone on this team feels like family. Bluebird has given me the opportunity to grow through training and an abundance of resources. I feel very well supported and can genuinely say I enjoy the work I do- which has a lot to do with the people I have surrounded myself with on this team!What is the most stressful part about working at the company?I have had a really positive experience overall. I think the most stressful part is probably just the nature of home health in general - balancing urgent patient needs and moving pieces in real time, but I also think that's part of what makes the work so meaningful. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?My favorite day of the week is when our team gets to come together for meetings/events. The culture at Bluebird is fun, loving, and so positive it truly is environment where when we come together everyone feels/becomes better.

This is a great place to work if you've been searching for greener grass. I've never worked at a company more dedicated to taking care of its team. This is an agency full of extremely talented people from clinicians to the administrative staff. They foster a supportive environment and go the extra mile to educate team members on up-to-date practices and procedures. Although there are still hard days and tough patients, sharing it with coworkers that can cheer you up and laugh with you makes all of it worthwhile. Pros: Great team, good clinical leadership, good communication Cons: Lots of documenting, driving, typical patient difficulties
