A great place to get a very intense workout, under the watchful eye of instructors who actually care about you as an individual. The owner and instructors do a great job of building a community for people looking to improve both their physical and mental health.On a practical side, the gym has enough space to handle full classes, with solid bags and mats. You can keep track of your workout through force impact monitors on the bags as well as through heart rate monitors (I use this to "gamify" my workouts). The instructors have different types of classes throughout the week, they all involve kick boxing but for example some of them include elements of circuit weight lifting (they have a range of dumbbells to choose from). So if you attend regularly, you'll be exposed to a large range of workouts throughout the week.
