We had an excellent experience with Excellent Blinds from start to finish. Brian was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through all the options, making sure we found exactly what we needed. He was also very helpful throughout the entire process and provided competitive pricing, which we really appreciated. The installation was great, and everything came out exactly as we had hoped. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

We just bought a house in The Preserve area in Chino. The new house has 27 windows. Brian came out and measured our windows and went over options with me. I was worried about the cost, but his estimate came in very reasonable for what we wanted. We were able to get double rollers on the windows that we wanted black out potential and privacy shades on the windows that didn't. While we were waiting for our blinds to be delivered, Brian came and put paper shades up so we could function in our new home. Our installation was a little bumpy, but I appreciated that the problem was treated as an all hands on deck situation, and we even had one of the owners here to insure that the rest of the installation went smoothly. I highly recommend Excellent Blinds and Shutters for the quality, value, and exceptional commitment to service.

Phenomenal customer service, products and experience! I first requested a quote 2 years ago, but had to wait to move forward with purchasing shutters for my windows. In January, I reached back out and they were able to schedule a no-cost in-home consultation, at which time I opted to move forward with window shutters. The customer service has been top tier and I thoroughly appreciate the professionalism at every level (office, in home rep, installers). I HIGHLY recommend Excellent Blinds and Shutters if you're in the market for window treatments.

Estimate process went well and price is good, however we believe the shutters were ordered from overseas after measurements were done. It took longer than promised to get them to be installed. The quality is okay and the installation was good.

I had a great experience with Excellent Blinds and Shutters! I called to make an appointment for installation of roller shades. My first call was very smooth and easy. Brian came out within a few days to talk through the various options and did a great job guiding me through my choices and answering my questions. He also put up temporary shades for me, which was so helpful. Additionally, he was responsive after I put in the order when I wanted to make a slight change to the order. Great company! We had them do our blinds 7 years ago and the blinds are still working well and look great. We had an issue with our remote control and they still came out to fix the issue years later. If you're looking for a reliable company that stands by their product, contact them. Highly recommend!

We had wood shutters manufactured and installed by Excellent Blinds and Shutters. They were custom-made so it took less than 2 months for them to manufacture. The installers were courteous and worked hard to install the shutters. They look great. We appreciate that the shutters open and close with a little resistance so they don't slam shut or open. Also the mechanism that moves the shutters is small and behind the shutters which give them a sleek look. We use to have dark brown blinds and now our house is much brighter with the white shutters reflecting sunlight. The trim/moulding in the frame looks nice too. Overall we're very happy with our shutters.

About a month process to get my roller blinds. Install took about 15 min for 3 windows. They give you samples to look at during consultation. Overall, good quality, reasonable turnaround, and helpful sales team.

Quick and great job on my shutters! I got different shutter quotes and they were the best value. I got shutters for all my windows as well as my slider door. The technicians who installed the shutters were very kind and respectful. Brian did a great job explaining everything to me and he was very honest, which I really appreciated. Overall a great experience! We may do another slider door shutter next time too for our other door. Highly recommend.

The purchase to installation was easy. the installers were fast and efficient! everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful with smiles on. we chose this company because it had the highest 5 star reviews . Customer service is a priority for them. They follow up and accommodated our weird schedules. We are pleased with our shutters. I cannot believe we didn't get them sooner. Our windows look fabulous. I would award them 10 stars if that was an option.

I recently put some shades in my bedrooms. I have a kind of British West Indies type decor and wanted something that had a rustic bamboo look to compliment that decor. Kenny from Excellent Blinds come over and showed me a large assortment of window shade samples. I found one that I really liked. The price was reasonable. He measured my windows and the shades ordered. They were installed a few weeks later. They look beautiful and function very easily. I am happy with the result.

Excellent service, quality, and overall experience. Despite a minor production error, they resolved the issue within a week--something that is almost unheard of compared to my experience with other designers. From the in-home consultation to installation and customer service, everything was exceptional. They are very professional, recommend suitable products that meet our needs, and handle any issues that arise along the way with great care. Highly recommended, and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I was looking for shades for kitchen and kitchen door. I looked through a few businesses and happened to find Excellent Blinds and Shutters. I used their website to request a quote and recieved a call back from Irene. Irene set the appointment and let me know either Kenny or another salesman will come to my house. Kenny was punctual for the appointment and was friendly! Keenly measured and showed us samples. My wife picked her shades and put a deposit. Kenny did let us know it was going to be a few weeks for production and let us know the office will call and set up an appointment for installation. Irene set up the appointment. The installer came out and was friendly and polite. He came in installed the shades and was down within about 20 minutes! To us the shades were a great value and excellent warranty and installation provided for the shades.

Updated: Our consultation experience was wonderful, and we are overall very happy with the blinds and roller panels that we received. Two days after our install, I reached out to our original salesperson, Brian, via text and posted to Yelp our review with a few small concerns. Brian immediately replied that he was forwarding to his office - even though I found out later he was on vacation! Within a few hours, Andy was at house house. He resolved all three small issues that we had with the blinds, as well as talking through the other two points of feedback I had provided. While we did have some feedback and these few issues post-install, this type of service cannot be beat. The difference in our sunroom alone is outstanding!
