Phenomenal customer service, products and experience! I first requested a quote 2 years ago, but had to wait to move forward with purchasing shutters for my windows. In January, I reached back out and they were able to schedule a no-cost in-home consultation, at which time I opted to move forward with window shutters. The customer service has been top tier and I thoroughly appreciate the professionalism at every level (office, in home rep, installers). Estimate process went well and price is good, however we believe the shutters were ordered from overseas after measurements were done. It took longer than promised to get them to be installed. The quality is okay and the installation was good.

I had a great experience with Excellent Blinds and Shutters! I called to make an appointment for installation of roller shades. My first call was very smooth and easy. Brian came out within a few days to talk through the various options and did a great job guiding me through my choices and answering my questions. He also put up temporary shades for me, which was so helpful. Additionally, he was responsive after I put in the order when I wanted to make a slight change to the order. The installers were courteous, competent, and very fast. Everything looks and works great. Positive experience all around.

Great company! We had them do our blinds 7 years ago and the blinds are still working well and look great. We had an issue with our remote control and they still came out to fix the issue years later. If you're looking for a reliable company that stands by their product, contact them. Highly recommend!

We had wood shutters manufactured and installed by Excellent Blinds and Shutters. They were custom-made so it took less than 2 months for them to manufacture. The installers were courteous and worked hard to install the shutters. They look great. We appreciate that the shutters open and close with a little resistance so they don't slam shut or open. Also the mechanism that moves the shutters is small and behind the shutters which give them a sleek look. We use to have dark brown blinds and now our house is much brighter with the white shutters reflecting sunlight. The trim/moulding in the frame looks nice too. Overall we're very happy with our shutters.
