I was really nervous about having my teeth whitened. I had a bad experience several years ago. However, my experience today was great! The tech listened to my concerns and did a great job covering my gums completely to avoid any transfer of the whitening gel and checked on me every few minutes to be sure I was comfortable.I had very little sensitivity (even less than home whitening strips) and I will definitely be back.

I came in as a repeat customer, coming in about 6-8 months for preventative. I am always satisfied with the staff & service. The facility is clean & the chairs are very comfortable. The treatment itself doesn’t take too long which is nice & having the availability to book later in the day for those who work all day is a bonus. The front desk team was warm and helpful, and Brandy was fantastic throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly, made me feel comfortable, and was very accurate when predicting the shade change I could expect. She showed me my starting shade and estimated result, and by the end of the treatment, it was almost exactly what she predicted.One thing I was a little concerned about beforehand was having to sit in the same position for an extended period of time. As someone who has dealt with low back pain in the past, that’s usually something I notice quickly. However, the chair was extremely comfortable, and I had no issues at all during the treatment.What really stood out was how attentive the staff was. There were several other clients there at the same time, but I never felt forgotten or left waiting. Brandy and the team checked on me regularly, made sure I was comfortable, and asked multiple times about sensitivity.
