I was accidentally overcharged three different times over 2 years ago, and Smilenova not only acknowledged it, but went above and beyond to make it right. They welcomed my girlfriend in for treatment less than a week after bringing it up. Hands down the best customer service, whitening experience, and staff we’ve ever encountered. My girlfriend loved it so much, she’s now planning to sign up for a membership. I have spent hundreds to thousands over the years on “professional teeth whitening” at dentists and had little to no results and left feeling robbed. I am telling all of my coworkers and friends to check this place out.
