Started Lady lift a couple of months ago at industrial CrossFit. Didn’t know too much about strength training but Janeen and Kat have been extremely helpful and patient explaining proper moves and modifying movements/weights for my beginner level. It’s a nice relaxed and fun environment for all ages and I have met so many nice ladies to work out with. Would highly recommend lady fit class to all. There are also night classes if you can’t go in the morning. Joanne G

I am currently in my fifth week at Industrial CrossFit, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. The community there is incredibly welcoming, motivating, and fun. The coaches are excellent at providing workout modifications tailored to individual fitness levels.

I absolutely LOVE it here! The coaches are amazing and the way every workout can be scaled to your level reduces the intimidation of starting a new gym. All the members Ive met have been so encouraging as well. I look forward to coming here every time!

ICF is the best! The Lady Lift class is so good. I started in Sept and I feel so much stronger. The coaches really know their stuff and everyone is so welcoming. It’s for everyone no matter your age or activity level. I highly recommend ICF!

5/5 stars for this box. 10/5 stars for coach and owner, Janeen!I started two months ago, freshly postpartum, and from the very beginning Janeen made my whole family feel welcome. I actually raved about this gym so much that my husband quit his gym and started coming here with me lol.Janeen immediately took me (and my baby) under her wing to make sure I recovered safely and effectively from pregnancy. I was intimidated to start CrossFit, but she completely removed that fear by scaling every workout for me…removing all decision making on my end. She sets up my weights and modifications without me even asking and guides my progress in a very intentional and methodical way. She knows when to slow me down if I’m trying to advance faster than my body allows and she also knows when to push me when I can give more.Janeen is a true expert. She has an educated answer for every fitness question I’ve ever asked and she understands the nuances behind each movement. She always jumps in to demonstrate and correct form when she notices someone’s posture or technique slipping. I also love coach Nicole! Both of them are incredibly attentive and kind during class… always watching, correcting form and offering helpful tips. You can tell this isn’t just a job for them; but that they genuinely care about helping us all improve and progress.The workouts are always varied and build on each other. I never get bored and I’m often shocked when I look at the clock and realize the hour is already over lol.Why does Janeen deserve 10/5 stars? Because she goes above and beyond every class, especially for me and the other mamas. She will hold babies when they start to fuss and has even rocked them to sleep, all to ensure our workouts aren’t disrupted. She’s incredibly loving with all the kids and I love that it feels like a mini daycare :)Coming to ICF has quickly become my favorite part of my day and it’s all thanks to the fun, and supportive culture the coaches have created.
