Al Marsico was extremely easy to work with. My wife and I are in our 70’s and parts of the process are very confusing in Pennsylvania. Al was very patient with our many questions. Any time there was a snag, Al corrected it quickly. He is extremely knowledgeable and has “people” who can help with things like needing to have a railing put up at the last minute. We’ve bought and sold several houses over the years, and Al was the best agent we ever had.
