Terrible experience. I will never go back.I have never seen a dry cleaner charge over $15 just to clean a tie when the tie itself only costs about $9. The pricing here is completely unreasonable. They wanted to charge over $63 for a suit, which is outrageous.What makes it even worse is that they don’t treat a suit as a single set. Instead, they charge separately for the pants, separately for the jacket, separately for the shirt, and separately for the tie. They even classified the suit jacket as a sport coat to increase the cost. In other states, I have paid around $40 for an entire suit cleaning service. Here, they nickel-and-dime customers for every individual piece.This level of overcharging is ridiculous. The prices are far beyond what is reasonable for the service provided. Customers should be aware of the pricing before handing over their clothes. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Pepper Square Dry Cleaners has done a great job with anything I've taken there, better than where I now take my dry cleaning, and the staff is very friendly.Unfortunately, their prices have raised to what we cannot afford or choose not to pay. I now take only very special pieces to them.

The clothes have always looked just beautiful when picked up. I have had a few heirloom items cleaned and restored including my grandmothers wedding dress from 1929. It is still in good condition.
