They did an amazing job cleaning my very old silk rug. I was especially impressed that they got the edges looking white again! The staff was so nice and helpful, and they picked up the rug, which is extremely heavy, so I didn’t have to worry about transporting it. They made the whole process easy, and I’m so happy with the results. Highly recommend!

This was the first time I used Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning and I’m so happy I did ! This area rug is in a high-traffic area and the 1st quote I received to clean this rug was ridiculously high. I called Heirloom and they quoted me a very reasonable price over the phone. They picked up my rug and returned it within a week and it looks amazing! I was so worried the colors would fade based on my previous experiences with other carpet/rug cleaners. I will use Heirloom for all my area rugs going forward !

I am only commenting on the service and not the quality of the rug cleaning as I am moving and left them rolled up. The staff os prompt, responsive, and courteous. I would use their services again. I had 3 large area rugs cleaned at the facility.

10/10 great employees handled our large area rugs with ease, sadly didn’t get there names that’s how quick they were. Bonus points getting the job done in such short notice right before our big move. highly recommend

Greg from Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning showed up promptly at our scheduled appointment time. He was extremely friendly and warm while getting right to business. He paused about 15 minutes into the job to and made the effort to offer to have me come and look at a section of the sofa which had been cleaned so I could easily see the “before and after”. He finished on time and the sofa is clean and we are completely satisfied. Thank you, Greg, and Heirloom. Keep up the good work! (:
