Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home itself is stunning with beautiful exposed being gorgeous, architectural woodwork, and charming details throughout. There were so many comfortable places to relax both inside and outside. The property offered a lot of privacy and relaxation. And every morning was a gourmet breakfast that was exceptional! (And I come from a foodie background) I didn’t want to be right on the lake with all the boat noise, but I wanted the views and you do get some views of the lake which meant it was a short distance to the marina and very convenient while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. Most of all the hosts were out standing. They truly went above and beyond making us feel welcome and comfortable, genuine, hospitality, and warmth and privacy at the same time. I hope to visit again and this is a really special special BB

Beautiful house, wonderful inn keepers and great breakfast.our room was cozy, and we had plenty of room. We utilized the reading nook several times. It was fun watching the plans take off from the driveway. Karen,, Jack and Doolittle are fantastic hosts. We enjoyed chatting with them and even got to check out Jack's planes in the hangar. The breakfasts are awesome. I am looking forward to trying some of the recipes from the cookbook!

Karen & Jack are the ultimate in hospitality. The lodging is perfect beyond words…peaceful, relaxing, privacy when wanted. The lodging is designed with the guest in mind. Lovely lake & countryside. Karen’s culinary skills are demonstrated in delighting the tastebuds with beautifully presented breakfast fare each morning. We plan to return in the fall & check out the horseback riding at a nearby stable. Karen & Jack & Mr. Doolittle, thank you for sharing your home with us.

We had a wonderful stay. Karen and Jack were gracious hosts. Our room was very comfortable, breakfast delicious, and the conversation and company with Karen, Jack, and new friend Doolittle made our experience exceptional. Will stay here again and highly recommend.
