Originally, Jeremy came by to give us a quote on a tree that was no doubt going to hit our house, it was cracked all the way through the trunk and it was a ticking time bomb. Every time we had a storm or gusty winds, we were holding our breath. Jeremy and his crew were here within a few days from the quote to take the tree down for us. They were quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. Watching the process, I could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. It was very controlled and felt safely done. Close to my house, I had a hazard tree --- relatively well known by treemen in the area for its precariousness. In June, 2020, it was, very skillfully, safely taken down by Pine Valley Tree Service.Hans did a very cerebral, careful, "minimalistic" job.Of the numerous tree-service companies that I contacted, most were too intimidated by the challenge and shyed off the job.Only one other company that I personally deemed reliably-capable of averting a trunk from crashing down on my home proved actually willing to take-on the job.Hans, the owner of Pine Valley Tree Service, was on site and supervising virtually throughout the two-day period that it took for the work to be completed. I believe this was a big part of Pine Valley's "secret of success."Damage to the landscape was kept to a minimum, as was dependence on truly-giant/heavy machines.Thank you, Hans, for your professionalism and for a definitely premium-caliber "performance."
