Great company from start to finish. Easy procedure from arranging work to be done to completion. Ruth very helpful with organising job and gave plenty good advice regarding our requirements. Patient and understanding with regard to starting our job due to wet weather conditions and as we were having landscaping done and the contractors were being awkward. 1st company eventually rejected and 2nd company pfaffed about and went on longer than expected. Job done to our high standards of expectations. Stephen worked like a trojan (assisted by Ruth at ground level! as Matthew was incapacitated due to an injury) doing the whole roof by himself. Roof badly needed done as had been untouched for 13 years and moss had taken over. Quite a mess made from debris off roof, but protection and covers put down to protect ground area. All cleared and tidied up at end of job and you wouldn't know there had been a mess. Very professional company and appear to have all the best equipment to do the job. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.

Spent a bit of time looking into the best way to clean the moss from my garage roof. I’ve seen plenty of roofs being pressure water washed but was never comfortable with operatives standing on the roof while carrying out the work from a personnel safety perspective and what possible damage that this process might be doing to the tiles. The Fresh Top Roof cleaning team were chosen on the basis that they carry out the work using long reach poles and a cleaning process that’s not detrimental to the roof tiles. On completion of the work I’m delighted with the work they have done. They arrived on time and worked all day until completion in early evening. They left only once the work site was tidy. On my experience I would recommend them to anyone looking to have this work done.

Stephen and Matthew made a great job of cleaning my roof. They introduced themselves on arrival and explained the process before starting. They worked non stop getting the job done. My son was impressed at the end of the day when Stephen let him have a shot of the drone to check there was no missed bits. Would highly recommend Fresh Top Roof Cleaning.
