I was getting ready to sell my house and I had an underground water leak between the street and my house. Definitely the worst time for that to happen. Rupp was quick, efficient, and affordable in fixing the leak so I could get the house on the market. Would absolutely recommend them to my friends and family.

After our last exceptional experience we knew we would use Garret and his crew again. While working with a general contractor the overall price may seem high if you want to ensure the job is done correctly and on time I highly recommend a skilled general contractor like Rupp Family Builders. From beginning to end they were very good at communicating expectations. They worked with us to help us understand our bid options and contract scope. Once the project started the contract flow and planning really shined. Observing all of the labor involved and the organization of the crew and subs we were very impressed. There was someone working or prepping almost ever day during the active phase of the project. As we observed all of the work we became aware that if we had try to be the general ourselves the project easily could have lasted six months and we easily could have made a few mistakes that might have wiped out the cost savings.

I bought an old schoolhouse built in 1875. It needed a new foundation, wiring, drywall, plumbing, a garage, interior walls, putting back vintage moldings, trim and matching new to the vintage materials. I am very grateful for all the work Rupp has done. They stayed on budget and even did extra work without me asking. They installing an old cabinet and surprised me with a kitchen island made out of old schoolhouse parts. I'd like to give a special shout out to Dane Appleton the amazing carpenter who built the island and did carpentry work, etc. also Kyle who put the railings on my steps and did an exceptional job all while being kind and courteous, Josh (who rolled a giant stump in my garage, while singing), Sheena (who helped me pick out finishes) and of course Garrett, the head of it all. I highly recommend using Rupp for your next project.

This is a late review for the work Rupp Family did for us in 2015. So, it has the wisdom and hindsight of three years of living in the place.Honestly, we could not be happier. Garrett and team were amazingly flexible, on budget, super skilled, and friendly. It was an extensive 1200 sq/ft addition with remodel work to the original 2000 sq/ft footprint.And over the past three years, Garrett has stopped by to see how things are working out. Rupp Family Builders have built a garage for me, redone my kitchen and fixed a major sidewalk/piping problem over the course of several years. Along the way, Garrett has been helpful in offering "to do's" and avoidance advice on my projects. He is amazingly patient - since it took years to finally start on the kitchen. He would come over to look at problems when I needed. I never felt pushed. The various people who came in were uniformly competent. I will be hiring the company again for my next project.

I can't say enough good things about Rupp Family Builders. I had a terrible sewer line break that I tried to identify and fix by myself. Ended up throwing in the towel after finding another joint separated, I called Garrett and he was out and ready to work the next week. It's a good thing I did because the line was broken in more than 3 locations, and at 8 ft down. As soon as an issue arose, they were on it with the appropriate permits to continue working. I'm so glad I contacted Rupp Family Builders because the other plumbers just weren't getting it right.
