You really understand the value of working with an agent when you work with one like Jacob. He truly listens and mindfully responds. That characteristic has been a strong point for me as a buyer and ultimately when it came down to making offers and getting to “yes” with the other side. Jacob was amazing. In my lifetime, I have bought and sold 21 homes. Jacob was the best realtor I have ever had. He is professional, kind and amazing. I was with a previous realtor prior to Jacob. When Jacob became my realtor, he went over and beyond any realtor that I have ever used in the past. He sold my home in 3 weeks in a tough market. He was in constant communications with me. I was already out of state. I would use him again and suggest to anyone, that in fact, if they want their home sold, to hire Jacob.
