Absolutely wonderful experience! Lalita was so thorough and gentle and made sure I knew how to practice the lymphatic drainage techniques myself before I left. She was so thorough with her explanations and techniques, walking me through what she was doing and how I could do it myself at home. I am definitely looking forward to going back!
