Great Early Am Burns 🔥🔥🔥is given each and every class at PMF. Would recommend for those who love high impact cardio to try a class. Rob and staff are very professional

After being gone for a few months, I was welcomed back like I never left. The energy in every class is so positive and uplifting. The instructors and members make you feel comfortable and motivated.The classes are always upbeat, but my absolute favorite class is Phitt and Litt! The music keeps you moving the entire time. It’s impossible not to get your heart rate up. I always leave feeling exhausted and glad that I showed up. 😊

Love PMF CLE Fitness Studio in Oakwood, maybe small but packs alot of energy that's what makes this a great place for all your fitness goals. If you're looking for a place for cycling, strength training they have it all. Also love the PT training with coach Robert he pushes you to the limit and always encourage you to go that exact mile.
