First class service, very friendly and were great to deal with and will use them again . Much easier than a battery and our cat Dolly was a cat we rescued off the streets and had some trust issues but Rachel who looked after Dolly while we were away soon won Dolly over and gave us daily updates and photos showing how Dolly was doing, in fact Dolly seemed undisturbed by the whole experience and wasn’t phased by being looked after by Rachel. I was extremely nervous about leaving my beloved cat when I went on holiday. When I first spoke to Rachel on the phone to enquire I felt I would like her immediately, she offered to do lots of home visits regularly before I went away so my cat could get to know her . My cat is a highly sensitive nervous rescue and it till a couple of visits but eventually he came to Rachel voluntarily and he get he could trust her . When I was away I got messages and photo’s daily from Rachel on what she had done with Roddy ( my boy) also she was able to administer eye drops daily and give eye care and clean his eyes daily ( he is a pure white Persian cat) . I was worried about his eyes but on every picture I could see she had cleaned him very well and this is a very difficult but important thing. He was very well cared for , all his personal needs adhered to, like putting on his channels on tv he likes , ensuring his litter tray was cleaned . I feel very happy I chose Rachel to care for Roddy and I highly recommend her services, she is a very caring kind nice lady and o trust her to look after my boy whenever needed. Nothing was too much trouble for her , I feel her prices are very fair also , I think she did a marvellous job . To trust a stranger with your precious animals is a big thing and o took a chance and I’m very happy I chose Rachel . Brilliant job !

I rang Rachel quite last minute before we went in holiday, she came to the house so I could explain where everything is and so she could meet our cat. I knew straight away he was in good hands. Whilst we were away we received regular updates which put our mind at ease. I have a sociable kitten who likes to stay close to her humans. Wonderful to know I have a helping hand nearby who I can trust to look after my kitten for me and give her some company and cuddles on days when I have to be out of the house for more than a few hours 💖

If your like me and feel uneasy with leaving your cat at home to go on holiday, I suggest you use ‘my three cats’, Rachel and family will 100% put you at ease. From daily updates with pictures and reassurance that your cat is okay. I am only on day 4 of my weeks holiday and I know and feel my cat is happy, well fed and watered at home so I feel more at ease on holiday. Brilliant quality of care for my cats! Also helped me get my cats to the vets when I had to take them all in at the same time. Wouldn't go with anyone else as they really do care and look after them!!
