Tom Taylor, the sales director, was so incredibly helpful when looking for the best place for a close family friend who is being discharged from the hospital. He is very knowledgeable about the different places here in Reno/Sparks and in the level of care they each provide. My father, Jess, lived in memory care at Summit Estates from 2017 until he passed in 2019. My mother-in-law, Marian, lived in independent living at Summit and has now transitioned to memory care. Beautiful property, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. One of the great experiences Summit Estates offers is frequent activities. The activity director Gina goes above and beyond to ensure all residents do something different to enjoy themselves. Whether it be pizza day or a Mardi Gras parade, there’s always something uplifting the residents spirits. I believe this is the place to be when wanting care for a loved one. I am so impressed with Summit Estates in that all of staff are so kind, caring , helpful, and Happy. The dining experience is tremendous, the food and service are restaurant quality.
