Guests consistently praise Casa Leah’s design, beach-proximate location, spacious rooms, pools, cocktails, and very friendly staff. Common complaints cite poor and shared internet, inconsistent housekeeping and maintenance (lighting, hot water, kitchenware, towels), strong pool chemistry, and unclear visitor/deposit charges.

Back for my second stay at Casa Leah, and it’s still undefeated. If you need the best internet in Puerto Escondido, this is the only place to book. As a returning digital nomad, nothing beats the peace of mind of their flawless backup network system—even when the local power grid acts up, the Wi-Fi stays completely active. Love working on my laptop by the pool bar with their great breakfast and drinks. The boutique lofts are safe, pristine, and steps from Zicatela beach. Consistently the top choice for remote work!

The absolute holy grail for remote workers in Puerto Escondido! I was honestly nervous about the Wi-Fi situation in town, but Casa Leah exceeded all expectations. They have the fastest internet on the coast and, most importantly, a legit backup system. There was a general power outage in Zicatela and I didn’t even blink on my Zoom call. The villas are gorgeous, beautifully designed, and just steps from the beach. 10/10.
