I have been in the wellness industry for over thirty five years. I can highly recommend Reform Pilates- this way of getting stronger suits most abilities. My background is in yoga, support, mental health & bodywork, and after 24 years I had to stop, my body made me. After two years of ill heath, the team at Reform Pilates have given me fresh hope, that I can rebuild - gently and at my own pace, with the right equipment and quality support I need. Thank you 🙏 so much.

I’ve had two classes at Reform Pilates Ipswich since being cleared to start exercise after pregnancy and both have been great. Rhi is an amazing instructor, she’s very down to earth and is constantly checking our form and giving advice where needed. Everything about the set up and class was perfect, very happy you have the GROW mums and bubs class so I am able to bring my little one with me while getting back into fitness ❤️

Beautiful welcoming studio, knowledgeable instructors who really push you to your limits, but are also very happy to provide modifications if you have any injuries or issues. Highly recommend.

I’ve absolutely loved coming to this reformer Pilates studio! Every class leaves me feeling stronger, more energised and so much more capable. The instructors are incredibly supportive, welcoming and always make you feel comfortable, no matter your fitness level.I’ve noticed such an improvement in my strength, posture and overall confidence, and it’s become something I genuinely look forward to each week, as someone who rides horses and loves staying active, it’s made such a difference to my core strength, balance and overall fitness. The atmosphere is friendly, encouraging and never intimidating. If you’re thinking about giving reformer Pilates a go, I honestly couldn’t recommend this studio enough. Thank you for creating such an amazing space that makes exercise enjoyable!
