I’ve absolutely loved coming to this reformer Pilates studio! Every class leaves me feeling stronger, more energised and so much more capable. The instructors are incredibly supportive, welcoming and always make you feel comfortable, no matter your fitness level.I’ve noticed such an improvement in my strength, posture and overall confidence, and it’s become something I genuinely look forward to each week, as someone who rides horses and loves staying active, it’s made such a difference to my core strength, balance and overall fitness. The atmosphere is friendly, encouraging and never intimidating.If you’re thinking about giving reformer Pilates a go, I honestly couldn’t recommend this studio enough. Thank you for creating such an amazing space that makes exercise enjoyable!
