I found Karl's contact details in a local Council magazine and he came round and gave me a quotation on the work. Karl wasn't available to caryry out the work so Connor did the work on his own. I have been so happy with work that was carried out and Connor was friendly, respectful of property and carried out the work to the highest standard.
