Karl troubleshooted and then fixed an issue with my ceiling spotlights. The response from calling him was quick, very transparent in terms of what the may or may not be able to do on the first visit, and I was kept up to date by text/email in advance of them arriving on the same day. He solved the problem, sorted parts and clearly explained what had happened and why. It's the third time I've used Tack now for electrical jobs, from quick fixes like this to installing a new consumer unit. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Really great! Karl came and did a really thorough estimate for half a dozen niggly tasks I’ve been putting off. Then Connor came, fully briefed and prepared, did everything perfectly, price as estimated. These seem such straightforward requirements, why are they so rare? Connor solved a problem two previous electricians had failed at so he definitely is a Superhero electrician as advertised 😁

This is my second time using Karls company again I must say the service advice given is second to none Connor did a very efficient job replacing three dimmer switches and adding two new lights in good time also fixing my kitchen switches which had come away from the wall again I would recommend Karl and the team to fix or add anything electrical in your home, tack electrical is now my electrician I will always be using good value for money.update just had my bathroom outside repaired by Connor again on time with the part in hand and efficientley repaired thank you again.

I was doing DIY by changing the light socket in the toilet and did not complete it right. I cause a short circuit with the downstairs lights and couldn't solve the issue. I called one emergency number and was told no one is available until next week. Then I saw Karl van of Tack electrician solutions phonenumberon the vanand callsame.
