I trained with Daniel at Athletic Pursuit for about 6 months. I initially went in to deal with some aches and pains from spending too much time at a desk, but also wanted to get back into decent shape.Daniel crafted a program that really focused on fixing my posture and strengthening my core, which made a noticeable difference pretty quickly. At the same time, the training helped me rebuild overall fitness without feeling rushed or overdone.He’s very attentive and focused during sessions, and it always felt like the program was tailored to what I actually needed rather than something generic. I’ve come away feeling stronger, moving better, and with a much better foundation going forward.
